In this deeply personal episode of Share the Good Juju Positivity Podcast, I open up about something so many of us experience but rarely talk about — comparison. I share how scrolling through other creators made me question whether this podcast was good enough, whether anyone was even listening, and whether my voice really mattered. But what I discovered surprised me… it wasn’t confident adult Julie doubting herself — it was little Julie, carrying old stories about not being enough. This episode is about recognizing those inner voices, healing your younger self, and choosing to keep showing up anyway. If you’ve ever questioned your worth or compared your journey to someone else’s, this one is for you. 💛
xo Julie :)

Dr. Meghan's Positivity Tips:
What are you feeding yourself? Food is not the only thing we take in on a daily basis- what are you listening to on the radio? Who are you listening to on the phone? What stories do you tell yourself? Be intentional about what you consume.
Start early. Get up and move. Twenty minutes of intentional exercise each morning is a game changer.
Put it out in the universe. Write down five things you are thankful for every, single day– even if the only thing you are thankful for is the pen you are using to write. Starting with gratitude sets the tone for the day.
