That in-between space where motivation fades, progress feels invisible, and you start wondering if you’re even doing it right. Whether you’re chasing a personal goal, navigating a life transition, or just trying to make it through the week, this episode is your reminder that you’re not alone — and you’re not failing. Julie breaks down how to reframe setbacks, celebrate micro-wins, and keep showing up with grace, even when things feel hard. Perfection isn’t the goal. Progress is. And messy still counts.
