In this episode of Share the Good Juju, we’re talking about the not-so-glamorous part of any journey: the messy middle. That in-between space where motivation fades, progress feels invisible, and you start wondering if you’re even doing it right. Whether you’re chasing a personal goal, navigating a life transition, or just trying to make it through the week, this episode is your reminder that you’re not alone — and you’re not failing. Julie breaks down how to reframe setbacks, celebrate micro-wins, and keep showing up with grace, even when things feel hard. Perfection isn’t the goal. Progress is. And messy still counts.

Let’s be honest: sometimes taking care of yourself is the last thing you want to do. In this episode, I’m talking about the very real struggle of trying to eat better, move your body, and focus on holistic wellness—especially when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or just not in the mood.
We’ll talk about why motivation is overrated, how to start small without feeling like a failure, and how to build habits that actually feel doable. If you’ve ever felt stuck between knowing what’s good for you and actually doing it, this one’s for you.
Spoiler alert: you don’t have to be perfect. You just have to start.

In this episode, we’re diving into the powerful themes of belonging, authenticity, and what it truly means to drop the mask. So often, we find ourselves putting on a brave face or trying to fit into molds that were never meant for us. But real connection begins when we allow ourselves to be seen—fully and honestly—without judgment. It’s about embracing who we are at our core and giving ourselves permission to live from that place, unapologetically. When we stop hiding behind what we think others expect of us, we open the door to genuine relationships, deeper purpose, and a life that feels more aligned and free.
